This Privacy Statement was drafted as per the provisions of the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information and the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.

The CDÉJ considers the protection of your personal information as being of utmost importance.

This Confidentiality policy outlines how the CDÉJ collects, uses and protects your personal information.

This Privacy Statement governs the collection, use and protection of the personal information of the users, clients, partners, employees and other stakeholders of the CDÉJ in conjunction with the latter’s activities, among them:

The CDÉJ only collects the personal information required to enable it to carry out its activities in an efficient and lawful manner. The type of personal information that can be gathered by various means (such as forms) includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Date of birth;
